Slice A Dummy secret sword: How to Get the Demon Katana

The Demon Katana is the secret sword in Slice A Dummy, rolled at the spawn area and purchased for nearly one trillion dollars. Equipping this weapon increases your base training gains up to 9.60 thousand strength per swing.

What Is the Secret Sword in Slice A Dummy?

The Demon Katana is the secret rarity weapon in the game, standing above legendary and mythical blade tiers. As documented in playthrough gameplay from the Japanese YouTube channel "Slice A Dummyで初心者からプロへ！（パート2）", rolling the Demon Katana transforms your character's weapon model into a dark-bladed sword and multiplies training output significantly. Before equipping this blade, an account with an active 1.2x friend boost earned 1.92 thousand strength per strike; after equipping the Demon Katana, that output increased to 9.60 thousand strength per swing.

In an earlier live session titled "Slice a dummy! New?", gameplay testing revealed that rolling a secret rarity item carries a 0.4 percent chance. While regular blades such as the Epic Venom Katana or the Legendary Earth Katana appear frequently during standard rolling sessions, hitting the 0.4 percent secret threshold requires repeated attempts at the spawn vendor.

How Do You Get the Demon Katana?

Sword rolling is the primary method for acquiring higher weapon tiers in the game. You stand at the main spawn zone circle and trigger random weapon rolls using your earned in-game currency. According to the official Roblox page created by the developer group Slice A Dummy!, rolling for katanas forms a core progression loop alongside slicing dummies and upgrading swing speeds.

1. Accumulate cash by cutting down dummies in the arena, targeting dummies with active two-times or five-times cash mutations to build funds quickly.
2. Return to the spawn hub and spend money on katana rolls until the secret Demon Katana appears on your screen.
3. Confirm the purchase once rolled, which requires an inventory balance of approximately one trillion in-game dollars.
4. Equip the sword to apply its stat bonus directly to your character's standard training routine.

If you run low on currency while attempting to roll or purchase this blade, redemption codes detailed on media pages like the UrGameTips overview can supply supplementary boosts and starter rewards.

Katana Comparison and Investment Choice

Weapon selection is the main driver of how fast your character generates power to slice larger target dummies. While lower-tier weapons help clear early targets like the purple and blue dummies, late-game targets such as the Demon Dummy require tens of millions of strength points to defeat. To match high weapon multipliers with faster attack animations, players also study how to buy auras to drop swing intervals down to 0.039 seconds.

Selecting the Demon Katana requires saving cash until your account can sustain both the 0.4 percent roll attempt cost and the nearly one trillion dollar purchase price. For players still working through earlier arena zones, relying on the Earth Katana allows steady progression while accumulating the bankroll needed for the secret sword.
